Gursaya means “God’s Shelter.”

The name reflects our belief in creating trusted, long-term relationships, where every property decision is approached with confidence, discretion and purpose.

Founded by Begul Sonker, with Mr. Dinesh Panikkal as Partner, Gursaya brings together experienced real estate professionals with deep knowledge of Dubai’s property market. Every client has different objectives, from acquiring a private residence to building and preserving a sophisticated real estate portfolio.

We offer personalised, insight-driven real estate solutions, combining market expertise, access to quality opportunities and a highly attentive approach. We don’t simply sell property. We advise, curate and build relationships that stand the test of time.
